YES! We sold this beautiful single-family home on a corner lot in West Pembroke Pines, off market, for a higher price than it was listed for on the MLS. It was listed with two previous agents who could not sell it. It was listed for $779,000 before we came into the picture. We brought it to one of our off-market buyers who happened to be looking for a home themselves. They saw the value in the home and the growth of the neighborhood and we got the deal done off-market at over $45,000 over the MLS price.
